How do I restore my purchases?

Open the in-game Store and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. "Remove Ads" and the Starter Pack are restored; fish packs are consumable and cannot be restored.

I paid but didn't receive my fish.

Fully close the game and open it again while online — pending purchases are delivered on launch. If they still don't appear, email us with the date of purchase.

How do I get a refund?

All payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In the EEA/UK: in the game open Settings → Privacy Choices. Everywhere: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?

Yes. Progress is stored only on your device. Purchases of "Remove Ads" and the Starter Pack can be restored.

Is there sound?

Yes — if you hear nothing, check that your iPhone's silent switch is off and that Music / Sound Effects are enabled in the game's Settings.
